Hello, my name is Ellie. I am 'The Best Practice' lead at Daisykins Day Nursery, my role is to ensure that all practitioners here at our setting carry out and model best practice for the children that attend our nursery.

Ensuring that our staff are approachable, inviting, positive and have a involving demeanour towards all the children, parents, practitioners and outside agencies. I also support and provide guidance to other practitioners encouraging them to implement best practice techniques at all times. I am based in the Preschool Minors room but have experienced working with all ages across the nursery, I am also a level 3 qualified practitioner and in my spare time enjoy reading through Ofsted reports which with this experience it has given me the knowledge that I know today to make sure that all the children are provided with the best care.

I find great satisfaction in my role, and I take great responsibility in ensuring that all children are taken care of and grow into the best versions of themselves.
