Daisykins nursery in Rugby visit the Sea Life Centre in Birmingham
The children from Daisykins nursery in Rugby went on a trip to the Sea Life Centre in Birmingham. The Sea Life Centre is a family attraction in the Midlands, there are plenty of activities for children to do such as looking at lots of different sea creatures and watching feeding demonstrations. Practitioners took the children on a tour around the centre to see what they could see, the large Native Ray creatures caught the children's eyes as the creatures came up close to the edge of the tank.
Children interacted with the starfish and the crabs by touching and stroking them gently. As the children walked through the tunnel they looked up to find large sharks and turtles swimming above them, the children pointed to these large creatures and watched them swim back and forth. The Sea Life Centre was a fantastic attraction for our children, it enabled them to look at all the different sea creatures and to also be up close with nature.
