Nicky Morgan Visits Daisykins at Rugby Free Primary School

Children at Daisykins at Rugby Free Primary School meet the Education Secretary Nicky Morgan

Nicky Morgan, Education Secretary took time out of her busy day to visit Rugby Free Primary School. She couldn't resist popping her head into the Daisykins onsite nursery to meet both children and practitioners enjoying their busy day.
During her short visit, she learnt more about Daisykins, and how the nursery setting encompasses the EYFS into everyday practice with a sense of fun and excitement.
Carly, the manager at Daisykins Rugby Free Primary School said "It was great to meet Nicky Morgan because we were able to talk about the ideas behind the nursery set up, and how the purpose-built learning environment promotes free flow whilst providing for specialist areas such as a creative zone, collaborative ICT area, and the unique children's cooking and food preparation activity area. She really appreciated the bright open space and could see how much the children were enjoying themselves".
