Singing nursery rhymes at Daisykins Nursery in Rugby

Children at daisykins outstanding nursery in Rugby are introduced to singing songs from an early age,  babies will join in by expressing themselves through gestures and pointing where as older children will join in with the rhythm of the song. Children at nursery are given the opportunity to chose their favourite songs by either vocalising their choice or pointing to a Makaton picture of a nursery rhyme. Musical instruments, puppets and other props are used to support children singing, these props are a great aid in helping children's concentrations skills.
