Our Parent Questionnaires and Testimonials

As we approach the end of another academic year here at Daisykins Nursery in Rugby we have started to hand out parent questionnaires and testimonials for parents/carers to complete. These then help us to reflect on the service that we provide and enable us to gain feedback and suggestions for improvements to be made. 

Some of the comments so far include

My daughter haS relly enjoyed her time at the nursery she has learnt so much from the Toddler Room right up to Pre School. We cannot thank the staff enough for what they have done for her.

 

The Staff are all very friendly and welcoming and very supportive.

 

I have nothing but praise for Daisykins the staff are amazing, the place is a childs dream with lots of fun things to do and see. I could not recommend it enough

It's been lovely reading them all and to hear how all the hard work the whole team puts in has impacted and had a positive effect on the children. We love to see them grow and change as they progress through the setting, gaining their own individual unique personalities. We'd also like to take this opportunity to thank you for all the kind words in cards and the thoughtful gifts we have received!

 

If you haven't been given a questionnaire or testimonial to complete and would like to do so then please do not hesitate to collect one from the nursery office. These can then either be completed including your child's name and handed to the office or done anonymously and posted in the postbox on the wall in reception. Any feedback is greatly appreciated and helps us to progress, providing high quality care.
